- Give details of those colleges which have given definite indication of their intention to apply to join Polytechnics Central Funding Council sector by 30 April & whose full-time equivalent enrolment nos of courses of advanced further education on 1 Nov 1985 did not exceed 55% of their total full-time equivalent enrolment nos on that date.
