- Question
- What environmental impact assessment will be required before any further oil or gas exploration, appraisal or production takes place in block 107/1 off Bardsey Island; and if it will be made publicly available; if he required a full environmental impact assessment to be conducted before exploratory drilling for oil and gas was allowed; what monitoring DTI is conducting; what advice was received from the Nature Conservancy Council. (Holding answer 15.12.92).
