Mr. Congdon: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when the findings of the evaluation of the design improvement controlled experiment commissioned from Price Waterhouse will be available. [19545] Mr. Curry: This is being published today. Copies of the report "The Design Improvement Controlled Experiment (DICE): an Evaluation of the Impact, Costs and Benefits of Estate Re-modelling" have been placed in the Library of the House.
