What has been cost, in each year at 1989 prices, since commencement of Military Atomic Energy programme began, of cleaning up radioactive contamination from accidents, leaks or routine operation at AWE Aldermaston, AERE Harwell, AWE Burghfield, AWE Caerwent, RN shipyard, Chatham, RN shipyard Rosyth, RN shipyard Coulport, RN shipyard Devonport & RN shipyard Portsmouth & to comment on present progress in environmental clean-up programme.
