Mr. Rendel: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer which sections of HM Customs and Excise are currently using dog collars that administer electric shocks to the animals. [63080] Dawn Primarolo: HM Customs and Excise does not use collars which administer electric shocks on any of its dogs.
