Mr. Jim Cunningham: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what changes he plans to make to the way the Government categorise people's ethnic origins in the next census. [60486] Ms Hewitt: The Government's proposals for the 2001 Census, including the topics to be covered, and details of the question, relating to ethnicity will be published in a White Paper early next year.
