Mr. Key: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence when he will commence the clearance of buried ordnance in fields next to the Defence Nuclear Chemical and Biological Centre at Winterbourne Gunner; and if he will make a statement. [54918] Mr. Spellar: I have written to the hon. Member and the operation to clear buried wartime ordnance at Winterbourne Gunner will commence in November. A copy of my letter has been placed in the Library of the House.
