Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will list (a) each TA and cadet centre in the UK, (b) the TA and cadet units based in each centre and (c) the other military and non-military organisations which use each centre. - Inc fact that Minister will write and info in part (c) of question could be provided only at disproportionate cost. (Holding answer 14 July 1998).

Answer: Mr. Keith Simpson: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list (a) each TA and cadet centre in the UK, (b) the TA and cadet units based in each centre and (c) the other military and non-military organisations which use each centre. [50555] Dr. Reid: [holding answer 14 July 1998]: I will write to the hon. Member with a list of TA and Cadet centres, and the units that are based in each. A copy of my letter will be placed in the Library. However, we do not hold centrally records of other military and non-military users of such centres and so the information in part (c) of the hon. Gentleman's question could therefore be provided only at disproportionate cost.
