Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, what plans he has to implement the recommendations of the 4th Report of the British Government Panel on Sustainable Development published in February in respect of the use of hydrofluorocarbons.

Answer: Mrs. Brinton: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what plans he has to implement the recommendations of the 4th report of the British Government Panel on Sustainable Development published in February in respect of the use of hydrofluorocarbons. [41903] Angela Eagle: The Government welcome the Fourth Annual Report of the Government Panel on Sustainable Development. The Panel's recommendations in respect of the use of hydrofluorocarbons are currently being considered along with the Panel's other recommendations and the Government aim to publish their response shortly.
