Mr. Wigley: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will introduce measures to offset the reduction in payments in agricultural subsidies due to the increase in the value of the green pound. [37880] Mr. Win Griffiths: The rules for agrimonetary compensation apply across the European Community and separate arrangements could not be introduced in Wales.
