Mr. Redwood: To ask the President of the Board of Trade if she has seen a copy of the signed agreement reached by the Paymaster General with the power generators. [26412] Mrs. Beckett: [holding answer 30 January 1998]: No agreement was reached between the power generators and the Government. Arrangements for coal deliveries were agreed by the relevant parties.
