Question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, pursuant to his Answer of 29th January, 305 c327W, if he will place in the Library copies of all representations he has received from residents of Fernhill Heath concerning the adoption of the Wychavon Local Plan. - Copies have been placed in Library (Dep 3/5942).

Answer: Mr. Luff: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, pursuant to his answer of 29 January 1998, Official Report, column 327, if he will place in the Library copies of all representations he has received from residents of Fernhill Heath concerning the adoption of the Wynchavon Local Plan.
