Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, What representations he has made to the Chancellor of Exchequer on the concerns of those using single person companies about the consequences of the proposals contained in Treasury Press Release IR35 for the future of the oil industry in Scotland. Answer: Sir Robert Smith: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has made to the Chancellor of Exchequer on the concerns of those using single-person companies about the consequences of the proposals contained in Treasury press release IR35 for the future of the oil industry in Scotland. [91613] Mr. Macdonald: I have recently received a letter from the hon. Gentleman setting out the views of a number of organisations on the proposals contained in Treasury Press Release IR35. I will ensure that these representations are conveyed to the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
