- To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security, on what date the Benefits Agency received from the Independent Tribunal Service notice of the tribunal's decision of 5th August in the claim for disability living allowance by Mr Andrews Mehdi (references D/04/048/1998/01876 and NH 01 71 23B); and when he expects the Benefits Agency to implement the judgement of the tribunal; on what date the Independent Tribunals Service sent to the Benefits Agency notice of the judgement of the tribunal in the claim for disability living allowance by Mr Andrews Mehdi (references NH 01 71 23B and D/04/048/1998/01876).
