- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what is the formal title of the agreement announced on 28th April by his Department between Britain and the United States of America to share information on Gulf veterans' illnesses research; what progress has so far been made under the agreement; how many working groups and committees will operate under this agreement; on what dates each of these working groups and committees so far have met; on what dates in 1999 each of these working groups and committees are scheduled to meet; which United States Government departments and organisations are taking part in this agreement; and which other United Kingdom departments and organisations will take part in the agreement; how many agreements on the subject of Gulf veterans' illnesses have existed between Britain and United States of America since 1st May 1997; what are the names of each of these agreements; when each agreement was signed; and what is the purpose of each agreement.
