Mr. Matthew Taylor: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he will issue draft regulations on general insurance reserves. [135897] Miss Melanie Johnson: The draft regulations were issued on 17 November. The Government will ensure that adequate time is made available for comments to be made on the draft, before the statutory instrument containing the final regulations is laid before Parliament.
