To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to his Answer of 23rd October, Official Report, 355 c74-6W, if he will place supporting documentation and information on Ministerial Directions since 1990 in the Library; if he will publish the text of each justification given by the Minister for each of these directions; and if he will make a statement. - Information is not held centrally.
