On what authority police officers arrested & handed over to American military authorities Mrs Laurie Clare Marlborough of Heaton Norris, Stockport, & if the code of practice under Police & Criminal Evidence Act was observed; when HM Govt was informed under the 1951 Agreement of the North Atlantic Treaty by UK Govt that she was a deserter from the US Navy. - (Holding answer 7 April 1989).
