- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, to which top level budget holder in his Department the head of the Defence Academy reports; what is the administrative and budgetary relationship between the head of the Defence Academy, the Commandant of RMC Shrivenham, the Commandant of the Joint Service Command and Staff College and the Commandant of the Doctrine Centre. (Holding answer 16 November 2001).
