- To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what representations his Department has received from (a) local authorities and (b) Government departments on the legal status of G-CAT and S-CAT; and if he will place copies of such representations in the Library; what legal advice his Department has received on the legal status of G-CAT and S-CAT; and if he will place copies of such legal advice in the Library.
