Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the waiting list was for those waiting for cataract operations on the NHS in the North West in each of the years from 1997 to date; what the cost of a cataract operation was in the North West in each of the years from 1997 to date. - Includes table and fact that we do not collect procedure specific waiting list information.
