- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what the annual costs of the OFT were in relation to the implementation of its activities under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, in each year since 1997; what the annual income generated for the Office of Fair Trading was from licensing of organisations under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, in each year since 1997.
