To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if the products of PFI projects will be used by private companies and hired out to the armed services when they are needed; and what arrangements will exist for control by the armed forces of such projects. - Will write.

Mr. Wray: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if the products of PFI projects will be used by private companies and hired out to the armed services when they are needed; and what arrangements will exist for control by the armed forces of such projects.
