To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many Army regiments are running at more than (a) five and (b) ten per cent. below their recommended complement of non-commissioned officers; and if he will make a statement; how many Army regiments are running at more than (a) five and (b) ten per cent. below their recommended complement of commissioned officers; and if he will make a statement. - Includes tables.
