To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will make a statement on HMS Fearless; and what plans he has to bring the ship back into service whilst the launch of HMS Albion is delayed. - Ref to 17 July 2002, 389 c275W and 2 July 2002, 388 c234W.
