Mr. Garnier: To ask the Solicitor-General how many staff employed by the Law Officers' Departments are currently on gardening leave. [110342] The Solicitor-General: None. I take "gardening leave" to mean paid absence from work that is not annual leave, sickness absence, suspension or any category of special leave as defined in my Departments' personnel management manuals.
