Mr. Hancock: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence when he will set targets for the (a) Army Base Storage and Distribution Agency and (b) Army Personnel Centre for the year 1999-2000. [72804] Mr. Spellar: [holding answer 24 February 1999]: I will publish targets for the Army Personnel Centre, APC, for the year 1999-2000 by the end of April 1999. The Army Base Storage and Distribution Agency will cease to exist after 31 March 1999. Following the Strategic Defence Review, a new, tri-Service Defence Storage and Distribution Agency will be established from 1 April 1999. The new Agency's Key Targets will also be published in April this year.
