Statement on draft 1991 Census Order today laid before Parlt & details of an ethnic group question incl in proposed context of census. - Incls ref to copies of a summary of ethnic group question results from census test have been placed in Library (DEP 5394); copies of a census newsletter containing list of proposed questions & their uses & illustrations of how questions will look on census form will be placed in Library shortly.
