- To introduce a requirement for regular inspections of materials used in manufacture of animal feedstuffs awaiting milling; to grant powers to trading standards officers to impound suspect feedstuffs on import while awaiting sample analysis; to prohibit use of term replacer product on animal feedstuffs & to substitute requirement for accurate labelling of products; to require full declaration of all ingredients, including country of origin, on all animal feedstuffs; to require all imports of animal feedstuffs to be identified by batch no; & to require mandatory product testing of animal feedstuffs at mill. - Will write.
