- What considerations underlie decision on amount of compensation payable in respect of death of a llama, attributable to a low flying incident & to family of a single soldier murdered by IRA & to introduce a scheme to provide minimum compensation equivalent to at least 1 years salary in case of services personnel killed in course of their duty; what has been average compensation paid by HM Govt to families of single service personnel murdered in course of their duty by IRA in each of past 5 years for which figures are available.
