Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what responsibilities lie with (a) the Environment Agency, (b) the Port Authority, (c) the US Administration and (d) Able UK in the event of environmental damage caused by the ships from the US Naval Reserve while they are in storage at Hartlepool. - I will write.
