- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many and what percentage of military low flying services over the Welsh Military Tactical Training Area, this year was undertaken by foreign nationals. - Foreign air forces are not permitted to operate in any of the three Tactical Training Areas.

[129194] Mr. Caplin: Foreign air forces are not permitted to operate in any of the three Tactical Training Areas including the one that exists over mid-Wales.
