- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, if she will make a statement on the findings of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution's 22nd report Energy-the changing Climates, in paragraph 2.8 on page 18, on the contribution of methane gases from landfill sites to the greenhouse effect. - Including figures.
