Mr. Bercow: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many staff in his Department receive paid leave to undertake union duties; how many days they are allocated; and what has been the cost to public funds in 2002. [106778] Peter Hain: Two members of staff are entitled to `facility time' of up to eight days per year each for union business.
