Tony Baldry: To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what additional funding her Department has allocated for the use of military quick impact projects in the period immediately after conflict in Iraq. [104358] Clare Short: My Department has not allocated funds for military quick impact projects in Iraq. The Ministry of Defence has received £30 million from HM Treasury to help the UK military provide relief as part of its obligations under the Geneva and Hague conventions.
