Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his oral statement of 28th January, Official Report, 324 c564, if he will publish in the Official Report the text of the note instructing HMS `Glorious' to proceed to Scapa Flow to conduct the court martial. - Relevant extract of the Home Fleet War Diary in Library as DEP 99/822. The Diary is available in the Public Record Office.

Answer: Mr. Beith: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his oral statement of 28 January 1999, Official Report, column 574, if he will publish in the Official Report the text of the note instructing HMS Glorious to proceed to Scapa Flow to conduct the court martial.
