Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, when Patrick Carter's report on the Government's proposed National Sports Foundation will be published.

Answer: Ms Shipley: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport when Patrick Carter's report on the Government's proposed National Sports Foundation will be published. [202526] Mr. Caborn: Paragraph 6.50 of the Chancellor of the Exchequer's pre-Budget report presented to Parliament on 2 December sets out the provisional interim findings of Lord Carter's Review of funding for sport and states that his report will be published in spring 2005.
