- Whether depleted uranium shells were fired by NATO in the recent attacks in Yugoslavia; and, if so, with what results. [HL 189] - Inc fact that General Clark, the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), gave his overall battle damage assessment at a NATO press conference on 16 September.
