To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, if he will give the (a) total and (b) individual costs of the public hearings on elected regional assemblies held in (i) Sheffield, (ii) Newcastle, (iii) Hull, (iv) Liverpool, (v) Kendal, (vi) Halifax and (vii) Middlesbrough. - Inc table and figure.

Mr. Jenkin: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister if he will give the (a) total and (b) individual costs of the public hearings on elected regional assemblies held in (i) Sheffield, (ii) Newcastle, (iii) Hull, (iv) Liverpool, (v) Kendal, (vi) Halifax and (vii) Middlesbrough. [170097] Mr. Raynsford: The total cost of the seven hearings mentioned is £66,800.
