If he will make it his policy to discontinue the dumping of live ammunition at sea; if he has made any estimate of its environmental consequences; if he has made any estimate of the difference in cost between dumping it & decommissioning it with the resultant opportunity to recycle scrap metals; & what deadline he has set for the discontinuance of this practice.
