- If he will publish details of the assumptions used in assessing the proceeds from local authority asset sales for 1992-93 in table 1.A.13 of the Grey Book, including the expected proceeds from right-to-buy and voluntary transfers; and what allowance has been made in the forecast increase in local authority sales proceeds for 1992-93 for the declining trend in the right-to-buy. - Inc fact that it would not be appropriate to break down analysis in detail.
