Mr. Soames: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will place a copy of the Defence Estate Organisation's Annual Report and Accounts for 1997-98 in the Library. [155206] Mr. Caplin: No publication exists for the period stated. The Defence Estates Organisation was not directed to produce qualified accounts during the first year as an Agency.
