Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, which local education authority had the highest number of school leavers attending university in each year since 1996; and what percentage this represented of the total number of school leavers in these local education authorities; which constituency had the highest number of people attending university in each year since 1996; which constituency had the highest number of school leavers attending university in each year since 1996; and what percentage these were of the total number of school leavers in those constituencies. - Inc table.
