- Further to second Answer of Baroness Denton of Wakefield on 28 Feb, 536 c17-18WA, if effect of article 5, subsection (1) was to appoint Guildford Diocesan Board of Finance as custodian trustee of Trusts assets & to leave management of those assets to other trustees called managing trustees; such being result of section 4, subsection (2), subsection (b) of Public Trustee Act 1906 & case of Forster 1955, chancery 359; with result that Vicar & Church Wardens were properly appointed to be managing trustees of Sunday School Funds & that other persons (other than custodian trustees) were to be managing trustees of School Funds.
