- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what plans her Department has to extend the Energy Efficiency Commitment to the commercial sector. (Failed OPQ).

Mr. Jim Cunningham: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what plans her Department has to extend the Energy Efficiency Commitment to the commercial sector. [215603] Mr. Morley: There are no plans at present to extend the Energy Efficiency Commitment to the commercial sector. The ongoing review of the Climate Change Programme will examine the scope for ways to realise further energy efficiency improvements in the commercial sector.
