John Mann: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what plans he has to extend the winter fuel allowance to pensioners paying for residential care home accommodation. [213747] Malcolm Wicks: Pensioners paying for residential care home accommodation for themselves are eligible for winter fuel payments unless they receive pension credit.
