Draft SI on conduct of employment agencies and employment businesses. (Affirmative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum from the Department of Trade and Industry. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force 6 April 2004 except for regulation 32 which comes into force 6 July 2004. (Withdrawn 3 December 2003).
