Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No 5) Regulations 2007

SI 2007/2618. (Negative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum from the Department for Work and Pensions. Regulations 5(12) and 8(15), in so far as they relate to a particular beneficiary, coming into force on the first day of the first benefit week to commence for that beneficiary on or after 7 April 2008; Regulation 11(12) coming into force on 7 April 2008 in relation to any case where rent is payable at intervals of a whole number of weeks, on 1 April 2008 in any other case; Regulation 13(10) coming into force on 1 April 2008; all other regulations coming into force 1 October 2007
