I thank the noble Lord, Lord Bassam, for his response. I do not think that that fear of a deemed disposal for tax purposes is well-founded, and I would suggest that there be discussions outside this Chamber. If it is ill-founded, then perhaps the matter can be resolved positively next time. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 5 agreed to. Clause 6 agreed to.
