Proceeding contribution from Baroness Masham of Ilton (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 4 July 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Road Safety Bill [HL].
Road Safety Bill [HL]
Does the noble Lord’s amendment include somebody riding a horse or pony along the road? I must declare an interest, as I have a small rural riding centre, and we are always worried about people driving carelessly and too fast along country lanes.
